We have recently transitioned to a new church database platform and we want to ensure we have the most current contact information for your family. We also know that folks are ready for a new church directory, and we are hoping not only to create a PDF/print directory, but also an online individual directory that can be accessed via mobile device!

(This will be a PRIVATE, members-only directory, accessible only via password-protected websites/applications; by sharing our info we can reach out to one another to help on projects, check in with friends, and connect with new people. We hold our members’ contact information in the strictest confidence and any directory we offer will respect that confidence.)

This survey allows you to:
1. Update your information for our internal church records, and
2. Confirm whether you would like to participate in the directory.
