We--the TriTown Connector--aim to gauge information on public perception and feedback about the TriTown Connector (TTC) program. The information collected will help the program including rider and non-rider satisfaction, knowledge and views of the TriTown Connector's microtransit program, as well as understand how the program may be improved.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary, and answering any or all questions is optional, although your honest and complete response is appreciated. You will have the option to enter to win one of four $25 gift cards, to Guido's, Big Y, the Co-op or SoCo upon completion of this survey. The survey is being conducted by the TriTown Connector and is part of a master's thesis project for Tate Coleman, TTC's Microtransit Program Director and master's student at University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
The only requirements for participation are that you are a resident of or regular visitor to the Berkshires. The survey should take about 6-10 minutes to complete.
