- I acknowledge that by participating in this program, my child will be involved in physical activity that may lead to injury. 
- I further declare that I shall not hold Good For All LLC owners, employees, and teachers responsible for any claim, cause of action or liability for damage arising from any personal illness, injury or health issue caused to my child or any damage caused by my child ’s participation in the Good For All Yoga program.

I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during Good For All Yoga Program through video, photo and digital camera, to be used SOLELY for the purposes of informing me of my child's activities during the session and NOT TO BE USED for any commercial or promotional material and publications.

Refund & Cancellation Policy **Please review our policy and click on Agree to complete registration** 
- If the student is unable to start the program, a 100% program refund can be requested but no later than 1 week  after the program start date. If the student has not requested a refund latest by the end of week 1  from the program start date, refunds are not applicable. The refund request must be in writing and sent to: goodforallyoga@gmail.com
- Once lessons have begun payment is non-refundable. Good For All LLC does not give refunds to students who do not or cannot finish the program
- We are sorry but unfortunately a no-show results in the loss of class.
