In the video:
Introduce yourself (Name, House, concentration, role at Harvard, etc); Describe any difficulty you encountered and how you overcame the obstacle. Segue into a closing with the following words: "Speak up, you're not alone." Create a YouTube account and upload your video to the account. Finally, submit the video using the form below!

The reason behind you creating and uploading the video is so that you can take down the video whenever you wish without having to go through us; that being said, let us know if you need any help with the process!
