Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball is the resident Bishop for the West Virginia Annual
Conference and has served in this position since 2012. She currently partners with
Bishop Moore-Koikoi to serve the Susquehanna Annual Conference as well. She is
currently serves as president of the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.
Dr. Donna Heston is the Superintendent of the Marion County Schools. She taught
English and Literature at Grafton HS before entering into a variety of administrative
roles. She continues to teach serving as adjunct faculty for Fairmont State University.
She is the mother of 12-year-old, Heston Rane, and 9 year-old, Magnus. 

She is also a member of the First Baptist Church of Grafton.

Rev. Jake McGlothin is the pastor of Restoration Church: Loudoun. Prior to launching
Restoration in 2019, Jake was the Director of Serve Ministries at Floris United Methodist
Church where he led ministries of compassion and social justice. He is the author of “The
Mission-Minded Guide to Church and School Partnerships” and led ministries related to
poverty, homelessness, community organizing and education.

Ms. Andrea Trio is the Principal for Madison Elementary, an historically
impoverished school on Wheeling Island. She began as a music teacher
and returned to WV with a passion to serve a community in need. Andrea has
established many partnerships with churches, civic groups, non-profits and
foundations. She is a Milken Award in Education recipient. She is the mother of two
daughters Kailyn and Bryn and a member of First UMC Bellaire, OH.
