Theme: Building Communication in the
World Language Classroom
- The lead presenter for each session gets a reduced registration of only $40.00. This includes a free CLTA membership and free membership in the affiliate of your choice. Additional presenters in a session pay the regular registration fee.
- If you would like to use Esperanza High School's technology with Internet access and an LCD projector, you must bring your own laptop with the following:
b. A male to male vga cable for video.
c. A standard headphone jack cord male to male audio if you need sound.
3. There will be WiFi Internet connection available. However, as seasoned presenters know, district Internet is not always reliable, so you will want to have a Plan B. We encourage presenters to bring a self-contained presentation with everything available from your offline computer on a PowerPoint slideshow or other presentation program.
4. CLTA will not be able to reimburse you for photocopying, but if you would like, CLTA can do your photocopying for you. For this service, handouts are limited to 10 pages single-sided, and they must be in Word or PDF format and emailed to Nadine Elwood ([email protected]) by
September 7, 2019.
