EQUIPMENT MUST BE BOOKED 48 BUSINESS HOURS IN ADVANCE.
SO IF BOOKING ON FRIDAY (BEFORE 4:30pm) THIS MEANS THE EARLIEST YOU CAN BOOK FOR IS TUESDAY.

 
-PLEASE ONLY PUT ONE BOOKING ON EACH SUBMISSION FORM. BOOKINGS FOR FUTURE DATES ON THE SAME SUBMISSION FORM WILL BE DISREGARDED.


Collection and Returns

- Detail what you need
e.g. camera/tripod/ or
camera/tripod/tripod bag/boom mic etc.
 

-Please don't over-book "just in case". Work out how long you will realistically need the gear and book for that. Other students need to use the equipment too.


- Bookings over 24hours in duration are only given at the discretion of Kairos staff and lecturers.
 

- College bookings for assignments will be prioritised over personal bookings.


-While we allow usage of equipment for personal projects, such work MUST NOT be paid work.

 
- If you need to cancel a booking, either call the tech phone, or fill in the form below with cancellation details
 

Equipment Kits MUST be returned in their entirety (Camera kit, SD Card, Tripod, boom pole, Lights, etc...) at the same time, as partial kits cannot be issued to other students, with batteries charged if kit has been taken overnight.

PLEASE PACK YOUR KIT AS TIDY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE RETURN. STUDENTS WHO RETURN KITS THAT HAVE BEEN PACKED INCORRECTLY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE RELEVANT LECTURER.

ALL KITS WILL BE ISSUED ON A FIRST-BOOKED-FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

IF YOU ARE DELAYED RETURNING YOUR KIT, THE NEXT GROUP WILL BE IMPACTED, SO PLEASE RETURN ON-TIME WITH YOUR KIT..!
 
GER WILL CONTACT YOU IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR CHOSEN TIME/DATE.

IF BOOKING ON A WEEKEND, REQUESTS WILL NOT BE SEEN UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY. THIS MAY RESULT IN YOU NOT DISCOVERING THAT KIT IS UNAVAILABLE UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE SO, WHEN POSSIBLE, PLEASE BOOK EQUIPMENT DURING THE WEEK.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER BOOKING.
