Stand Out at Kirkwood Mall
TWO OPTIONS FOR YOU!  Select one or both events!
Each vendor space is 10 x 10 & includes an 8 foot table with covering & 2 chairs

**Friday/Saturday November 30 - December 1 from 10 AM - 9 PM both days
Set-up: 7:30 AM - 10 AM

**Friday/Saturday December 14 - December 15 during mall hours: 10 AM - 10 PM both days (extended mall hours!)
Set-up:  7:30 AM - 10 AM

COST
Nov 30 - Dec 1:    $200;  Single Days: $125 each day
Dec 14 - Dec 15:  $250;  Single Days: $150 each day
BOTH EVENTS (all 4 days): $400
Electricity:  $15 per event
Extra Table: $10 each; Extra table covering: $5 each per event (extra tables/coverings subject to availability)

APPLICATION PROCESS
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM & submit.  Once received & reviewed, we will send you a PayPal invoice that must be paid within 24 hours from the time we send it.   After 24 hours your space might not be guaranteed.  PayPal is the only method of payment. Please note: you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice you will receive.

PLEASE watch your email, including your junk mail folder!!  We have found that PayPal invoices sometimes end up in the junk folders.  If there already is a paid rep from your company, you will receive an email from Later Gator Sales (which might also end up in the junk folder at times!!).  

OTHER EVENT DETAILS
No refunds or transfers. No early tear downs. No children of any age permitted to stay at your vendor space during these events. One business per vendor space.  It is permissible for more than 1 rep from the same company to share the space throughout the event, however we will communicate only with the vendor submitting the application/making the payment.    

Stand Out Events/Later Gator Sales/Kirkwood Mall is not liable for any injury, damage, theft, accidents in or out of the building.
