Try Out Time Request- Please know that if we are full for your first choice of try-out times, then we will contact you to move your time. We will do our absolute best to accommodate everyone!  *
Please read the following information. You must answer and agree to all of the following stipulations, in order for your student to try out. 
I agree that if my student is asked for a call back, then they will need to come back to the Valley View gym on July 27th.  *
I am aware that there will be a $250 fee in order to join the archery team.  (We will have ways of raising this money. This will help if you are not able to pay the full amount out pocket.) *
I am aware that the Lake Forest Archery season is VERY LONG. The typical season begins in October and could continue through June of the next year.  *
I am aware that all practices will be on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 6:30 PM to  8 PM in the Lake Forest Field House. There could be additional practices added as needed. 

Also, all practices are mandatory. The only excused absences will be for the student being sick or involved in other school sports/clubs.

I am aware that the Lake Forest Archery team host their own tournaments (2 tournaments). I will be required to assist during those times. For example: Concessions, entry gate, set up, and clean up.  *
I am aware that the Lake Forest Archery team has the possibility to travel for the State tournament, National tournament, and the Open Championship. If the team should qualify for those events, then I will have the option to participate in fundraisers. If I choose not to participate, then I will be responsible for all travel costs. For example: hotel rooms *
