    In working for large manufacturing, fortune 100 companies most of my career, my network has been essentially limited to that. We often joke when someone is active on LinkedIn, whether updating their profile, giving endorsements or joining a group, that "oh there's so and so looking to change jobs". And in fact, so many times I have avoided LinkedIn to not give that impression. It has been for me, mostly about maintaining my job history.

    So I consider myself highly enlightened, and appreciate this fresh, if long overdue (for myself) perspective and knowledge. Never stop learning, especially in what you think you already know.

    I had found out about Lewis Howes from Jeff Bullas's blog who is a huge Social Media Blogger expert based in Australia. Jeff referenced Lewis Howes as an expert in LinkedIn network. People who achieved success using LinkedIn worked very hard to be where they are at. Anyone can get there step by step. Consistency is the key. I will implement every single advice that was given in this book.

    PS: I had a privilege to meet Lewis Howes in person. He is super nice and down to earth guy. Lewis is a huge fan of Thai Cuisine.

    This book is a great read and very simple to follow for anyone using LinkedIn. A lot of books of this type can be written just from the author's point of view and appear irrelevant to most people.
