About Margarita with a Straw:
A rebellious young woman with cerebral palsy leaves India to study in New York. On her journey of self-discovery, she unexpectedly falls in love.  Join us to enjoy and discuss this ground-breaking, yet controversial film by Director Shonali Bose.

The film is in a mixture of Hindi and English and will have subtitles throughout.  The screening will just be regular audio however, but we do have 1 copy of the DVD with audio track for visually and hearing impaired, available to borrow upon request.
