REHEARSALS:
- Every Thursday after school from 2:45-4:00 p.m. in the music room.

PERFORMANCES:
- December 12th and May 7th - REQUIRED. DO NOT SIGN UP YOUR STUDENT IF THEY CANNOT ATTEND THE CONCERT.
- Field trip(s) as announced
- Assemblies as announced

This is a FULL YEAR commitment! Many other after school activities end after one semester. We continue all year! If you think your child may want to quit after December or if they want to join a different Thursday afternoon group in the Spring, please DO NOT enroll your child in Mariner Choir! You are taking a spot away from another student!

4th grade students must audition for Mrs. Fisher sometime before the first choir rehearsal. This is just to assess your child's ability to match pitch and echo a melody. Keep in mind that not every 4th grade student is guaranteed a spot in the choir. Mrs. Fisher will bring the 4th graders in to audition during the school day - it is a casual audition - nothing to stress over!

Rehearsals end PROMPTLY at 4 pm - please be on time for pick-up!
Can you pay $10 for a choir t-shirt? *
We will be wearing the SAME shirts as last year (2018-2019) - blue with 'choir' in cursive. 5th grade 2nd year members need not purchase another shirt if their old one still fits.

Keep in mind that 3 unexcused absences or an excessive number of excused absences will result in loss of participation from the choir.  If you know in advance of a date that your student will be absent please let me know below. Concerts are REQUIRED.
