Membership dues are only $10.00 per year/ per person.  YOUR DUES ARE THE MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME FOR MHS PTSA. Join and donate now!! Membership incentives include but not limited to:

* Eligibility to vote on the budget and other important issues in the PTSA;
* Eligibility to serve on the PTSA Board;
* Gain valuable insight on school business;
* Eligibility for Senior Scholarships

If you want to sign up your child and other family members, please fill out this form for each person so we could record the membership count accurately.  

If you have a Senior, please have the membership under his/her name in order to qualify for State PTA SCHOLARSHIPS.
