This form is solely operated by Seoul Stream. By filling up this form, you hereby engage in our "Service" and agree to be bounded by the following policies. Please read the Terms of Service before proceeding on this form further. Users should agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this form before filling up their orders. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions states, you can not use nor avail any of our services.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products listed in this form are for pre-order, unless items stated are in stock. All items are directly imported from South Korea and purchase from official online stores. Items in this form are ALL OFFICIAL. Other services include special order requests not mentioned in this form that are not limited to light sticks, albums, etc.
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Seoul Stream collects personal information such as Name, Mobile Phone Number, Home Address, and Email. All information collected would be use for the following purposes: purchasing and payment, delivery or billing of goods, confirmation of identity, and personal verification. Seoul Stream will not entrust your information to anyone without your consent. In the event that such a need arises in the future, we will notify you regarding the person, and will ask prior consent, if necessary. After the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved, Seoul Stream
will immediately terminate the information without exception.
PLACING AN ORDER
All products are for pre-order, unless stated in stock. All orders received are on-hold until payment confirmation is received during the duration of the batch. Buyers are required to confirm their orders by replying to the emails we will sent to your personal emails. All orders in site are under NORMAL ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival. Buyers are provided with the option to opt for FAST ETA. Orders under Normal ETA are usually received 3-4 weeks after items are shipped out from Korea. Orders placed under FAST ETA are received 1-2 weeks after items are shipped out from Korea.
PAYMENT OF ORDER
All orders must be paid in full or 50% of the total amount before the batch payment deadline. All payments must be settled through our selected mode of payment only. Proofs of payment must be sent to our email in order for us to confirm you settled your payment. Payments without proofs will not be considered.
Orders fully paid will be processed immediately and shipped out as soon as it arrive. Orders not fully paid must be settled before we ship the items. Failure to settle any balance within 20 days after we send a notice that your order is already for claiming will result to forfeiture of your orders, and will be blacklisted from ordering on us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
SHIPPING
We will charge standard shipping rates for all items. Additional shipping fee may be charged for bulky items. Chargeable rate is actual vs volumetric rate, whichever is higher. Shipment notice will be relayed once orders has been shipped, on which you can views the tracking number of your parcels. Seoul Stream emphasises that we are not liable for any delay, non-delivery, damaged or lost items once the parcel is handed out to the courier.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
All unconfirmed orders will be cancelled. Once order has been process, cancellation nor changes would not be entertained. In the case that items are unavailable, we will notify you for the payment refund.
Cancellations of orders would result to grave repercussions.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Seoul Stream reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. All changes shall be effective immediately.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
