Mindful Relationships: Cultivating Deep Connections
Saturday, February 20, 2016. 1:00-5:00pm.
This half-day workshop is for EVERYONE! We are all in relationships: family, friends, partners, and others. We've all heard it before: communication is the key to relationships. Though, sometimes we get in our own way!
Mindfulness (awareness without judgment) helps us listen to ourselves, others, and respond in compassionate, loving ways. When we have a deeper understanding of our self, we can connect with others in more meaningful, intimate, and effective ways.
You will learn:
•What is holding you back from connecting on a level you want with your loved ones
•Clear beliefs about relationships that may be keeping you stuck
•How to use Mindfulness skills to observe your patterns
•How to connect with your values and stay present in relationships
•How to use Mindfulness skills to listen, speak, forgive, and engage with compassion
Registration (includes snacks, coffee, materials):
Early: through Dec 31, $40
Regular: January 1- March 18, $50
