    I love this book and I'm not even a mom! The book is a great tool to finding time to calm down with all of life's busy demands

    A friend of mine gave me this book. I am already inclined toward some of the practices in the book, but I am not motivated or disciplined enough to use them when they would be most helpful. This book is gentle in helping moms not only understand when certain breathings, postures, intentions, etc are helpful to them and their children, and it is insprational in guiding us. It breaks things down into specific ways to address specific situations. its like a practical guide, but also lovely permission for "me-Time" and letting spirit help in everyday situations. I am a single mom who works full-time, so Meditation for Moms is exactly what I need! And the CD is a great bonus! so much info in easy to digest presentations....
