I got this book as a Christmas present from my wife because she new I liked Matt's other book so much (Everything Is Here To Help You). I started reading it the very moment I got it, and I could not put it down. I started reading self-help books regularly in the late 80's, and I can tell you for a fact that 95% of them aren't worth reading and will lead you in the wrong direction. This book is great! While reading this book and after one chapter in particular that talks about the ego, subconscious mind and the nervous system, I had asked my guides to help me integrate that chapter. I got such an interesting answer since I now knew information after reading that chapter that I experienced a very dramatic shift in which I was able to forgive a family member and perceive things differently which made it so I could forgive her. In a matter of a moment, decades of extreme negative emotions simply disappeared. Something that I had spent years trying to do using other techniques but was unsuccessful was changed in a moment with one chapter. There were probably other things influencing this shift (planets, etc) but this book made a monumental difference in my life. The whole book was like a warm cup of tea...comforting and something I looked forward to reading at night when I got into bed and awoke. I would highly recommend it. I can't say you will get a big shift but I would say, there is a big possibility you might. Either way, this book can only improve your outlook in life.

Too often i have been taken off track for fear of going about my spiritual journey in an incorrect way, the ingrained belief system taught to me by Nuns and Priests and some who advocate being Spiritual aware beings leading you to believe if you don't do this or that you are somehow made to feel you are wrong.
