Paul's Olde World Sourdough - Sign Up Form
Thank you for your interest in Paul’s Olde World Sourdough bread! This bread is made with sourdough starter that was born in Hinesburg, Vermont in 1981. It is made with 100% organic ingredients and baked out of my home in Montpelier.   All bread is hand-kneaded and made over a 36-hour period producing rich and complex flavors. Each loaf is baked in an enameled, 8-inch cast iron Dutch oven and weighs a minimum of 2.5 pounds. I am offering two types of bread: Whole Wheat and Rye with Caraway Seeds.  The cost per loaf is $7.

Ingredients are as follows:

•  Whole wheat bread: organic whole wheat flour, organic white flour, whole wheat berries, organic rye flour,  water, sourdough starter, and salt

•  Rye bread with caraway seeds: organic rye flour, organic white flour, whole rye berries, organic whole wheat flour, sourdough starter, water, salt, and caraway seeds

I currently have the capacity to bake 28 loaves of bread per week, and orders are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis.
