Consent Form

The following research is being conducted as part of a Project for Distinction in psychology. Your participation will improve our understanding of the relationship between personality and peak experiences. Participation in this study is voluntary and involves completing a four-part questionnaire that will take about 30 minutes. Some professors may offer extra credit to their students who choose to participate, but otherwise there is no compensation. There is minimal risk to you if you decide to participate; some questions may upset you. If you feel uncomfortable, you are welcome to stop participation at any time without penalty. All data collected in this study will remain confidential. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
