Join us at one of two sessions for an update on our affordable homeownership developments in the Phinney neighborhood. Homestead is building two affordable homeownership projects in the Phinney Neighborhood. One is at 5819 Phinney Ave N, the current and future home of A La Mode Pies, and one is at 6109 Phinney Ave. N. Both projects will offer a combination of homes for income-qualified households and market rate homes.
We will provide an update on the timing of both projects at events on Aug. 15 and 17. The event on Aug. 15 will take place in-person in the Phinney neighborhood starting at 5 pm. Please register for location. The event on Aug. 17 will take place on Zoom. Please register to receive the zoom link.
