Paragon Mechanical installed a high efficiency boiler for our hydronic radiant heating system. Kevin came out to the house before providing a quote and explained the process in detail. We got a few other quotes and price was competitive. Doug did the installation (which took two days) and did a great job. He knows his stuff. We had a slight issue right after installation and they diagnosed the issue over FaceTime and were back out in no time and it's now working like a charm and the basement is cozy warm. Great customer service and very happy with the work.

We hired Paragon to install a Noritz tankless water heater at our home after our existing tankless water heater quit working. Kevin provided information on the product and set up the install for the next day since we had no hot water. Doug arrived promptly at the scheduled time to handle the install. He did a great job on the installation and cleaned up afterwards. He also shared that our existing gas meter was not sufficient for our home and told us how to request a new one. I would recommend Paragon Mechanical to others.

I am very pleased with the service provided for my Noritz Tankless Water Heater by Paragon Mechanical. I love the text messages that you receive when the technician is in route. Kudos to Kevin for making this system work. Our technician, Chris Solomianko is fantastic to work with. He is always on time, prepared and ready to work. 100% perfect repairs and service. The pilot light on my tankless water heater kept extinguishing and my CO detector kept going off so I called Paragon Mechanical, Inc and the owner Kevin sent a technician out to my house in 2 hours. The technician was Chris Solomianko and he was very thorough and professional and he did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and cleaned my unit thoroughly and used a combustion analyzer to detect any CO. This was my first experience with Paragon and I will definitely be using them again in the future

To Kevin, Chris and Scott GREAT BIG THANK YOU – GREAT JOB!!! I recently had my Noritz Tankless Water Heater replaced by Paragon Mechanical who is an authorized installer for Noritz. Hands down they are the best company I've every had the pleasure to work with. From the initial consultation with Chris, to the owner Kevin meeting with me after work on a Friday to Scott to who competed the install they are TOP NOTCH! It's nice to know that there is a company out there that knows what customer service is all about and Noritz is a quality product that I will continue to recommend to all my friends. Noritz boilers for home heating require specific knowledge that the average heating plumbing contractor does not have. I have gone thru 2 other heating plumbing contractors who did not know\understand the Noritz boiler, took my money but did not fix my problems. New Year's eve I called Paragon Mechanical, based on a previous customer's review (thank you, Chris 3/24/2104) explained my problem and desperate need for someone who knew how to service a Noritz boiler. That afternoon, a very knowledgeable technician, inspected and serviced my 3 year old boiler, explained and showed me how (and why) the Noritz boiler works. I am now enjoying a warm house with piece of mind that my house is safe. Hope I can help other Noritz boiler owners in the Chicago area and spare them the costly frustration I went thru.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Paragon. Our tankless water heater went out, and we were unsure if the issue was electrical, mechanical or something else. Rather than just sending someone out, they were willing to spend the time with me upfront, on the phone. When we determined that someone indeed needed to come out, he was punctual and gave us a good heads-up ahead of time. Chris was professional, friendly and capable. He helped me understand my system, why I was having trouble, and what my options were going forward. He even helped me understand improvements I could make in my adjacent mechanicals. We decided that more work was needed. I was given an estimate up front, and Scott and his assistant were just as punctual, polite, engaged and professional as Chris. Scott was clearly interested in making certain that I was fully satisfied with their service and understood what to do, going forward. He was as much an educator as a hands-on repair person. Because these guys clearly are experts on such a wide range of systems, they will always be my first choice when I've got a problem, especially if I don't know the root cause. They have my full recommendation.

Spoke directly with Kevin about issues we were having with our Noritz Tankless System. We set up a service call with a very knowledgeable technician. The tech did a full system check and cleaned out the system. He noticed that two valves needed to be replaced so he ordered the parts and set up an service call to do the install of the new parts. Both service calls were easy to set up, the tech was very efficient and knowledgeable and we were left very satisfied with Paragon Mechanical. Highly recommend them for all tankless system needs.

The guys at Paragon Mechanical are top notch. We had them come out to bid on installing radiant floor heating & cooling. The cost for the job was very reasonable and exactly what they said it would be. They completed the job in an expedient manner and the tech was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
