Job Description for Mainframe Operations

Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day operations in the monitoring center
-Ensure daily monitoring health checks are complete
-Identify and escalate issues to key stakeholders
-Manage and track all contingency, response, recovery plans
-Track multiple incidents and resources
-Document all actions taken during course of incident
-Generate and analyze reports statistics
-This role will be on a 24x7 shift rotation

Requirements:
-Minimum Degree holder in Computer Science
-Should have mainframe knowledge.
-Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Proactive and able to work under pressure
-Candidate should be detailed oriented, producing highly accurate results.
-Candidate must work well as a team member and as an individual performer.
-Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
