     No % Criteria for 10th & 12th Std.

·     Not more than 1 year of gap in education.
·     No current backlogs.
·     The candidate should be an Indian Citizen

PCS Role:

Program Control Services (PCS) is a Service Group that provides the experienced professionals specializing in the set up and operation of Program Management Offices (PMOs). The group provides standard processes and tools to enable engagements to setup and run Project Management Offices (PMOs).  PCS aims to work with client engagement teams to plan, implement, operate and improve project, program and service control functions, primarily through the mobilization and provision of PMO services.

 
CTC Salary :

Fixed component : 180000  + Variable component :15300

Total                             : Rs. 195300 per annum
