This request will be reviewed by your counselor, and DOES NOT guarantee a schedule change.  If a change is granted, please be aware that it could affect your entire schedule.  The following requests will NOT be granted:  1) Period swaps, 2) Teacher changes, and 3) Lunch changes.  AP/Honors classes can NOT be dropped without counselor, teacher, administrator, and parent communication.  AP/Honors classes CAN be added with teacher and counselor approval.  VIRTUAL PART TIME COURSES:  Please note that part time virtual courses are full for all subjects and are not accepting any more students on the wait list at this time.

HELPER POSITION *
I understand that "Helper Positions:" Student Aides, Office Practice, Lab Assistants, and Peer Tutors must be approved by Counselor/Admin, Teacher, and Parent before being considered. This is in accordance to the new law putting restrictions on Helper Positions.  Requests without prior approval will not be considered.  Helper Positions REQUIRE SIGNED PAPERWORK available in the GUIDANCE OFFICE.  I also understand that I can only have one Helper Position on my schedule, and that teachers can only have one helper position per period.
HONORS, AP, OR IB REQUESTS *
I understand that my parents need to discuss this request with the teacher, counselor, and administrator to be considered.
