Thank you for your interest in participating on the television program presently entitled “The 1% Club” (the “Program”). To be considered as a potential contestant, you must:
- Complete the Casting Application in its entirety.
- Meet the Eligibility Requirements, which include but are not limited to being: 18 years of age or older as of the specific date of signing this Casting Application and Eligibility Requirements, Casting Release, Voluntary Participation and Arbitration Agreement, a legal U.S. resident, meeting all requirements under United States immigration law, including but not limited to having necessary or appropriate visa(s), permit(s) or waiver(s) and applicable tax law(s) permitting contestants to participate in all Program elements and to accept any money or prizing in connection with the Program as determined by Frankie and Jude Productions, LLC (“Producer”) in its sole discretion, and being available during the production periods.
