We're hyped to announce this year's Rent Strike Weekender! Two days of housing and direct action workshops on July 13th-14th!
This weekender is for any student activist / housing activist interested in learning about & sharing things around cut the rent and anti-gentrification campaigns. People from all around the country will be gathering, and we'll be discussing strategies, sharing our tips and experiences with each other, and putting on some 🔥🔥🔥 training workshops! All interested in housing activism, not just students, are welcome!
It's a great opportunity to meet comrades who are fighting the same fight, get a morale boost and some pro tips!
We'll also be putting on a // s t r i k e n i t e // social in the evening!
You'll get free accommodation and lunch, and if you're struggling to find the money to attend, we've got some funds set aside to subsidise travel. Just hit us up ➡️
