Return Policy

Warranty: Any title received from BraidyPromotions.com damaged or containing factory defect will be 100% returnable.

Damaged Goods
Items damaged in shipment or defective items will be replaced, not refunded. Please notify the order department immediately upon receipt of a damaged item to receive a replacement. Note the type of damage or defect. The damaged books need to be returned. We will accept claims for damaged items during the first 60 days for CDN orders, or 90 days for international orders

Bookseller Returns Policy

BraidyPromotions.com: All titles purchased by booksellers through BraidyPromotions.com are 100% returnable within one year of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Valid Accounts: Booksellers in good standing, account must be current without past due invoices, may return books for credit.
• Shipping: Bookseller must pay all shipping expense associated with the return. No COD’s will be accepted.
• Minimum Stocking Period: Books must be kept in stock for a minimum of six months. We wish to discourage over-ordering for display purposes only. All copies of a title should be ordered with the intention of sale.
• Book Condition: Books must be returned new and undamaged. Items to be returned must be in condition to be sold as new. They must not have stickers, be marked in any way, or have damaged bindings.
  
• A return handling fee of $25.00 minimum or 15% of the total value, whichever is greater, will be charged for each return.
  
• Bookseller returns of less than $20.00 are not accepted.

Refunds: The following represents the BraidyPromotions.com refund policy.

Accounts with outstanding balances shall have the option of applying the refund credit to the balance or maintained as a publisher credit towards future purchases.

The issuance of refund checks is at the sole discretion of BraidyPromotions.com

After approval of a return, a credit or refund will be issued when the returned items are received. If the invoice listing the returned item is still open, a credit will be applied to that invoice. If the invoice has been paid, a refund will be issued. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

All titles obtained through Ingram Books, Lightning Press or Author House are subject to the return policy of the wholesaler, normally 100% returnable.

Books purchased directly from AuthorHouse will receive a 48% discount from retail prices. Returns from AuthorHouse Purchases will be sent back to Ingram Books Group for 100% refund.
