RoF Voting Form for 11/21/2014
Below is the voting form for Rituals of Fire staff. We suggest you read the following directions carefully.
If you find an error, or you fill out the form multiple times, you will void all of your votes. If you do this by mistake, please PM the standing RoF Directors so they can delete the excess entries.
Do not vote "Unacceptable Performance" for inactive staff, there is clearly an option for inactivity you can select. We will void your vote for failing to listen to instructions if we see this.
Some players come from different parts of the world and different time-zones. Please consider this before voting
Vote Truthfully. Do not +1 friends and -1 enemies. If you do not have an opinion on a person, Leave it Blank. Operators are promoted via a method chosen by the Directors and are not liable to be promoting during weekly voting.
NOTE: Operators are promoted by a different method other than voting, determined by the Directors. Voting "Exemplary Performance" does not guarantee a promotion.
Explanation of choices in voting:
Exemplary Performance: Staff member has demonstrated going above and beyond the required duties and continuously seeks to increase the quality of the server and gameplay. Staff member is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful.
No Opinion/Neutral Performance: You have no opinion on this staff member/Staff member performs basic duties required and deserves neither praise nor punishment.
Inactive: You have not seen this staff member and believe that they are inactive. Please take into account the staff members timezone when selecting this option.
Unacceptable Performance: Staff member has committed one or more actions that you feel need to be investigated by Director+, or you feel their performance does not meet the standards set to be an Operator of the server. If you select this option, you must fill out the reasons at the bottom of the form.
