Camp Pre-Registration
Please fill out this form to reserve your spot and pre- order your t-shirt for Halloween Rowe Softball Softball Camp. We cannot guarantee a shirt if your pre-registration is not submitted  by October 11th.

Turf Field Requirements: No metal cleats, no sunflower seeds, no gum. 
Equipment needed: Please provide your own fielding glove and water jug. Softball Pants or leggings encouraged. 
Optional Equipment: Bat, batting gloves, cleats.(these items are not mandatory but will help if the player has them)

As a parent/guardian, I give my daughter permission to participate in physical activity during camp sessions. Should she require medical attention, I grant permission to the director of the camp to act on my behalf. 

I also agree that filling out this form is the pre-registration and I will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to the camp start time on day 1 for payment.
