1.) This programme is planned to be organized in the very late night hours which is an odd time; therefore, utmost cooperation will be needed from the visitors' end.

2.) The programme shall start at 10:00 PM on Saturday, October 28, 2023 and shall remain open till Sunday, October 29, 2023, 2:00 PM. All the visitors are requested to reach Regional Science Centre, Bhopal 15 minutes before the commencement of the programme.

3.) No fee will be charged for this program.

4.) Total 3 to 4 telescopes will be set up for this programme and every visitors will get the opportunity to see the celestial bodies using each of these telescopes.  

5.) Visitors during the programme are advised to be in queue with their family members till their turn arrive and cooperate with the security officials of Regional Science Centre, Bhopal.

6.) No other facilities including the cafeteria of RSC, Bhopal will be functional during the entire program. Visitors may carry some light refreshment as per their convenience.
