A fundraiser to benefit the Seal Beach Lifeguard Association.

Details:
Date: Saturday, May 11
Cost: $25/individual entry, $40/team entry
Location: on the sand, northside, Seal Beach, adjacent to the 8th street parking lot
Check In: 9:00AM
Tournament Start: 10:00AM

Bring money for lunch. Lunch will be cooked and sold (to benefit the SBLA) by the Seal Beach Lions Club. There will also be SBLA shirts for sale.

If you're signing up as a TEAM, please submit one entry PER team.
Two people per team.

Completion of this form does not guarantee your spot in the tournament. Completion of this form AND payment guarantees you a spot in the tournament.
