Yam Who first appeared in the early 2000s with some mysterious and high quality edits, more followed with them taking on Only Child, Herbie Hancock, Pharrell & Raphael Saadiq amongst others. In 2009 they set up ISM Records who have released music by artists such as the aforementioned Ron Basejam, Odyssey, Ilija Rudman, Bonar Bradbury & Imagination. Not content with this they also started up Midnight Riot Recordings on which they've released edits, remixes and reworks by some of the biggest names in the business.
Soul Buggin’ is a DJ collective based in Nottingham consisting of local selectors Wrighty, Beane, Mark A & Elmo. Our record collections span some 5 decades and take in all manner of soulful goodness and together we put on Nottingham’s finest little disco in Nottingham.
