Mental Health for Lawyers and Law Students
As a lawyer, your brain is your most valuable asset and the practice of law is constantly challenging that asset. For the mind to function optimally, it is important to take care of it. This program will help give lawyers and law students tools and resources for mental health. Panelists will talk about mindfulness techniques to foster mental well-being, therapeutic resources to help deal with deeper or more troubling issues like depression and addiction, address ethical concerns and provide confidential resources available at the State Bar of Michigan.
