Scotia Reopening Survey - 2020-2021

Scotia School Families - We are working on plans to safely reopen school for our students. Please complete this survey as soon as possible to help us in our planning. It is our intention to fully reopen school on August 31, with safety measures in place to protect our students and our staff. However, with this continuously evolving situation, we must consider other options. Our reopening plan will follow the Humboldt County Public Health Department's Reopening Guidelines. We request your input as to your plans for the fall. We need and appreciate your input, and ask you to please call the school with any further questions. We will notify families in early August of our approved reopening plan.

What reopening plan works best for your family? *

Full Physical Reopening - all students attend school in person Monday-Friday with safety measures in place

Hybrid Reopening - Group A attends school in person 2 days/week while Group B does distance learning, then the groups switch, and Group B attends school in person 2 days/week while Group A does distance learning.
