Francesca lives in London and is the founder of Wholistic Body Life which provides a holistic and integrative health approach to restoring harmony and balance in a fast- paced world. Having been on the edge of burnout many times in the past as a personal trainer, she healed herself and became passionate about helping others self-restore and thrive physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Using her 20 years' worth of experience in fitness, holistic health and well-being, she founded her company to help others live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives. Along the way, she has helped thousands of people from all over the world and all walks of life. It could not have been released at a better time, with lockdown and the pandemic, we are more than ever in need of nourishing and healing practices that we can incorporate into our daily lives.
The advice in this book is easy to digest, practical and clearly backed up with scientific research. You could easily read the whole book in a few sittings, or just dip in and our when you need a bit of inspiration. Highly recommended!

I got so much out of this book that I ended up including highlights in my kindle version. It's worth keeping a notebook close by as the author encourages us to really delve into what makes us tick, specifically our values.
It's a really easy book to read and I liked that there were helpful UK related resources at the end.

In a world that demands so much from our daily life, this book gives us the tools to search within ourselves and focus on the things that really matter. It teaches us how to hold on these aspects and how to stay grounded in the ‘real world’.
With the world currently on stand-still and most of us awakening to the fact that it’s the simple things that really matter, I can’t think of a more relative book to read at the moment. Brilliant read!
