Confirmation and Payment

Pricing of shirts will range between 25 dollars and 30 dollars per shirt depending on how many people want to purchase the following items per ordering cycle. We are only able to accept payment through Venmo (preferred) and Cash at this time. One last option is paying an intermediary individual who is within #|SHARP who will then route the necessary funds to our Treasurer.

IF YOU ARE PAYING THROUGH VENMO, you will receive a Venmo request for the money due from our Treasurer, Richard Lee, with the description "SHARP Merch - Quantity (X) - Sizes (X, Y, Z, etc.) - Deadline: (date)." PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive your merchandise if you do not complete payment to Richard by the Deadline indicated in the description of the Venmo request.

IF YOU ARE PAYING THROUGH CASH, you will receive an Email from our Treasurer, Richard Lee, with information concerning the Quantity of shirts desired, the Sizes you requested, the Cash Amount Due, and the Deadline for payment. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive your merchandise if you do not complete payment to Richard by the Deadline indicated in the email. You are responsible for coordinating with Richard to get payment to him by the deadline.

IF YOU ARE PAYING VIA INTERMEDIARY PROXY, you will receive an Email from our Treasurer, Richard Lee, with information concerning the Quantity of shirts desired, the Sizes you requested, the Cash Amount Due, and the Deadline for payment. PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive your merchandise if your Intermediary Proxy does not complete payment to Richard by the Deadline indicated in the email. You are responsible for ensuring that your Proxy completes the payment via Venmo or Cash on your behalf.

Picking up your Merchandise

Once we have confirmed that you have purchased our merchandise, we will submit an order to have the shirts made. Once they are made, they should be available to you either through one of our members (if you have contact with one of them), or by picking them up at our next performance. We will correspond with all individuals who ordered shirts once they have been shipped to us.
