Rules & Regulations:

1. Your short film should be of less than 15 minutes in length.

2. You can use one or more of these three languages in the film-- English, Bengali, Hindi.

3. Irrespective of the language in which the film is, it must have subtitles in English.

4. The story on which the film is based, the background score and the images used should be free of any copyright infringement.

5. The film should be original and should not have been released on any other platform.

6.The registration has to be done in the name of the director of the film, and he will introduce the rest of the cast and crew while filling up the registration form.

7. Credits should be mentioned in the title cards at the beginning or at the end of the film.

8. Your film should be shot preferably in a resolution conforming to 1920 x 1080 pixels.

9. The decision of the judges shall be final and abiding in the matter of selection.
