COVID-19 Clinical Questions
The Stanford COVID-19 data science team, led by Nigam Shah of the Stanford Center for Biomedical Informatics Research, would like to collect your ideas for clinical questions related to COVID-19 that can be addressed by observational EHR data. Examples of exciting clinical questions include:

- Low levels of lymphocytes [https://www.nature.com/articles/s41423-020-0402-2]
- Lower cholesterol [https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3544826]
- Abnormal CXR findings [https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/2763485]

Your idea will be added to a central repository so that research teams that do have permission to access sensitive data can evaluate its feasibility and conduct the analysis. Please use this form to make a submission for each scientific question that you have. Note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive a response to your submission nor that your question will be analyzed. We will ask researchers who conduct analyses to give attribution to the person submitting the question and that he/she would be among the first to be informed of the results.

If you have any questions, please contact Marcello Chang and Jonathan Lu at marcelkc@stanford.edu,
