San Marino HS Colorguard Interest Form
The Color Guard is a part of the Instrumental Music Program at San Marino High School. It is a competitive ensemble that joins the marching band during the summer and fall to compete in competitions for the SCSBOA (Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association). During Winter and Spring, the colorguard break away from the marching band and compete as their own ensemble in competitions for WGASC (Winter Guard Association of Southern California).

This unit is comprised of members who add visual impact and color to the musical performance in a challenging activity that combines equipment work with dancing and marching. By using flags, sabres, rifles, swing flags, and other pieces of equipment pertaining to the music, as well as a mix of ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary modern dance. The colorguard interprets they music into a stunning visual element.  

For those interested in becoming a part of the 2021-2022 Sand Marino HS Colorguard, please complete the form below. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Colorguard is open to ALL students who are attending San Marino High School for the upcoming fall semester. We will contact you through email in the coming weeks with more information.
