This Release and Waiver of Liability releases SN Inclusion, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents. The Volunteer desires to provide volunteer services for SN Inclusion and engage in activities related to serving as a volunteer. I understand that my role is strictly limited to a volunteer position and I agree that my titles on all resumes, social media, communications, etc will reflect the title of the role of which I am accepted for. I express my understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability willingly and voluntarily. *
