All Schools of Choice students are expected to remain enrolled in their respective academies for one academic year. While we encourage students to continue in their pathways as Schools of Choice students, we understand students right to withdraw. Please fill out the Schools of Choice End of Year Withdrawal Request completely to confirm withdrawal. At the end of the form is an optional survey question. We value your input, as we are constantly improving our programs and guidelines.
