State of the San Lorenzo River Symposium

The State of the San Lorenzo River Symposium is an annual event hosted by the City of Santa Cruz Water Department, County of Santa Cruz, Coastal Watershed Council, Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County, and San Lorenzo Valley Water District. The symposium features a series of short presentations from local experts on the science, history, and policies related to the San Lorenzo River Watershed.

03/14/24 - Join us at the State of the San Lorenzo Symposium on April 13th from 9am - 12:45pm at Felton Community Hall with a tour of the Fall Creek fish ladder following the event from 1:30-2pm. More details found on Event Info and the FB event page. 

TOUR SHUTTLE: Attendees are encouraged to walk to the Fall Creek fish ladder tour from Felton Community Hall. Van shuttles will be provided for anyone needing transportation to the tour. 

EVENT PARKING: Please do not allow parking in front of the businesses on Highway 9 or in the parking lot in front of Verutti's Liquors. The parking lot across Kirby Street is for the pizza parlor's patrons. Cars parked in these lots by people attending functions at the Hall may be towed. Please use street parking on Kirby and Gushee Streets.
