Slum and Rural Health Initiative, SRHIN (pronounced /shreen/) is an NGO that is officially registered in Nigeria (CAC/IT/NO 122977) and Ethiopia (Reg No: 4893) that improves access to healthcare information and services in Africa especially in vulnerable and underserved communities using our unique ART approach (Advocacy, Research and Technology). We are a team of health professionals, researchers, information technology experts, graphics designers, and social entrepreneurs who are changing the sad narrative about healthcare in Nigeria and many other countries in Africa.
The SRHIN Healthcare Professional and Expert Registration Form is for the purpose of having a database of our supporters and partners who are healthcare professionals and/or experts who will be involved in one or more of the following roles; serve by volunteering for health outreaches, sponsor the organization on an annual or monthly basis, support the organization with links to corporate organization sponsorship and /or support with health equipment and IEC materials.
