ANNOUNCING OPEN AUDITIONS for Savannah Stage Company's 2017 Season. We are a professional theatre company looking to hire artists for our 2017 Company. All positions are paid. Sign up to request an audition slot below. We will email you back with a confirmed time.
 
Auditions will be held in one hour groups sessions based on bravery, imagination, team work, and movement. Actors will be asked to learn a movement piece. Select actors will be asked to stay to perform a prepared monologue and 16-bars music to be sung a capella.  Please be prepared to stay for your entire time slot.

Savannah Stage Company, celebrating our 5th Season and just recently awards with BEST LOCAL THEATRE DIRECTOR, BEST LOCAL ACTOR, and BEST LOCAL ACTRESS by the readers of Connect Savannah, is seeking creative risk takers ready to jump head first into growing and developing their skills through action driven storytelling, imagination, and bravery. We are looking for theatre artists who are humble, hard-working, focused, and skilled. We wish to work with artists who are looking to ask more of themselves and more of their art form. Attitude and dedication to growth are valued above skill.

HOW TO PREPARE
- Please prepare 2 contrasting monologues and 16-bars music to be sung acapella
- Please wear professional attire that will allow you to move
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out an audition form

WHAT TO BRING
- All work and personal scheduling conflicts for 2017
- 1 copy of your headshot and resume [8x10]

It's A Wonderful Life: A Radio Play
This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast

rehearsals: October 12th - November  5th | M, W, TH 7pm-10pm, SAT SUN 11am-3pm
performances: November 10, 11, 16, 17, and 18th 8pm performance and November 12th at 2pm. This production will be available for tour November 30th - December 11th. Your personal schedule will be taken into when booking tour dates.

Savannah Playwrights Series
We're bring back this much loved Series, only this time the playwrights are kids! 2017 will feature staged readings of the top eight 10 minute plays written by Savannah's future theatre artists, performed by professional actors.

rehearsals: September 7th - 21st | M, W, TH 7pm-10pm, SAT SUN 11am-3pm
performance: September 23rd at 8pm

An ensemble of artists that tour various venues bringing seasonal cabaret style productions to our audiences!
