2021 Trivia Night Registration
As of February 22 - we are at capacity! If you wish to be put on the wait list, please fill out this form and I will contact you if a table opens up!

Use this form to register your team of up to eight individuals. You do not need to know the names of all your team members to get registered. The team captain will be the individual that will receive communication and rules from the trivia night committee.

Your registration will not be complete until the registration fee is submitted. You will receive instructions via email after this registration is completed on where to send your fee.

If your team will be sponsored by a business, please indicate that on the registration and Michelle will be in contact with you to obtain sponsorship information.

We are looking forward to a fun evening raising money to benefit the children of St. John.

The event will follow public gathering guidelines from Four Corners Health Department. Teams will be notified what the safety protocol will be when the event gets closer.

If this event has to be cancelled due to weather, your registration fee will be considered a donation.
