This group is intended for 2nd-4th year students in college to learn manage school stressors, receive support from peers, and gain coping and regulation skills. Dates for the group will be June 30th, July 14th, July 28th, and August 11th from 1pm-2pm. After summer, the group will be 1x month, dates TBD.
