For a long time, this was the time of year that I would FREAK OUT because I wasn't where I wanted to be with my fitness goals, and I was scared for all the holiday madness to make it worse. I would be so hard on myself during the holidays when it came to food and workouts, and it took away from me appreciating the moments and being present with my family.
I want to make 2020 the best year EVER. And I know people say that all the time....but I don't just talk the talk, I walk the walk too.
I want to move my body everyday.
I want to fuel my body with good food.
I want to enjoy the treats once in a while.
I want to be present in the moment.
I want to be a part of a supportive community.
I want to create new friendships with women who aren't afraid to dream.
I want to THRIVE into 2020.
