UBC Food Science is conducting a consumer acceptance study for plant-based dairy alternatives on Tuesday March 31, 2020 and Wednesday April 1, 2020.

To sign up, and to participate in this research, please provide your preferred email address. This will be the email that will receive the link to the questionnaire to see whether you are eligible or not to participate in our consumer acceptance study.

There will be many sessions occurring throughout those days, each lasting about 30 minutes or less. A $10 gift card will be given to compensate for your time.

To sign up, I agree to upload my email address to the CompuSense software, provided by our partners, which is being used to manage this study. Once email addresses are uploaded in the software, users will receive the link to the eligibility questionnaire for participating in our consumer acceptance study. It may take up to 10 business days for the link to arrive.

Please note that any data collected will be strictly confidential and will only be part of aggregate results. Any publications that summarize the study results will not include any personal information, such as name, personal email, among other information. All research records will be kept confidential, and shall be destroyed within 5 years, as per UBC research policies. These records may be inspected by representatives of the funding agency (Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada) and the UBC Research Ethics Board. All data will be stored within Canada.
