Food Safety Challenge

Thanks for your interest in our Food Safety Challenge.

We are researchers from the University of Manchester who have created The Food Safety Challenge which we run in Schools.

The Challenge involves Video and Quizzes to test and improve children's understanding of how to store, handle and cook food correctly.

Hundreds of children have taken The Food Safety Challenge.
