ONLINE REGISTRATION PERIOD - MAY 1 TO JUNE 16, 2016

1. Race Kit distribution will open at 5:00 am and will strictly end at 6:00 am.

2. Thereafter, the event organizers shall ask all the participants to convene at the starting line for the short program - race mechanics and warm up exercises.

3. 10K gun start will be at 6:20 am, 5K will be at 6:25 am and the 3K will be at 6:30 am.

4. On the gun start, the starting line rope shall be released by marshals to indicate the start of the fun run. Marshals will be at designated points on the route to guide you and will distribute route markers for the 10k runners.

5. Water stations will be available on designated points of the route (please see map).

6. First aid stations and first aiders will be on stand-by at the 5K mark and at the start and finish area.

7. Marshals patrolling the route are in charge to assess the participants’ conditions. People who can no longer run will be transported back to the first aid station or to the run HQ.

1. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event without notice, should they consider this necessary for safety reasons. However, the organizers will exert all means to post prior notice, whenever possible, at the race website for any change to the event details or cancellation of the event due to inclement weather.

2. Each participant will run on the approved course as directed, will not accept outside assistance and will accept the Head Marshal’s decision as final.

3. The organizers have the right to reject or cancel any entry at any time.

4. Supporters are not allowed to follow the runners. There are designated areas for the supporters/audience.

5. Duly accomplished Online Registration Form must be accomplished on or before June 16, 2016.

6. Registration fee of Php 300.00 for 3K, PHP 500.00 for 5K and PHP 700.00 for 10K shall be deposited to

7. Scan and email deposit slip to upwilocirun@gmail.com with email subject: Deposit Slip (Last Name, Date of deposit).

8. Bring and show deposit slip on Race Day to claim Race Kits. Strictly, NO DEPOSIT SLIP, NO RACE KIT.

9. Do not bring valuable items with you during the run as their won't be a baggage counter available. Please secure your valuables as UP WILOCI and the organizers won't be liable to any loss of items.

10. No dogs or other pets are permitted inside the event area and or to accompany the runners during the run.

In consideration of your acceptance of my entry,  I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property.

I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against UP WILOCI and its affiliates, their employees, volunteers, officers, directors, sponsors, event organizers, race officials, marshals and representatives that may arise as a result of my participation in this event including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by UP WILOCI’s negligence. I also give my permission for the free use of my name(s), photo and/or voice in any broadcast, telecast, print account or any other account in any medium of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the sponsors.

BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND TO THE WAIVER AND RELEASE. If under the age of 18, I declare that I have my parent or guardian's consent to participate in this event and that they have read and agreed to the above stipulations in my behalf.
